Staying here for a short break was very nice, totally recommendable. Everything was very good, personnel was knowledgeable. I greatly enjoyed having savoury breakfast for all tastes. I have stayed in double room for 3 nights, it was complete with a hot shower, the TV and king sized bed-ended up. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for exploring this very pleasant quiet area, adjacent to tube station and many nice restaurants and shopping centers, High St shops, cafes, trains and buses and London for pleasure.

Everything was second to none, including very professional and friendly professional staff. Well-kept and well-appointed units for the 2 single beds, loved it.

Incredible experience there. Clean and brilliant property with amazing full English breakfasts and understanding staff. Incredible, stunning location in Kensington district near to nice restaurants and the hop on hop off bus stop. Cheap and neat rooms with private bathrooms. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and exceptional services.

Efficient check-in, particularly good location right by South Kensington for many years, the tube and plenty of decent shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and underground and Kensington attractions. Reasonable and savoury breakfast with a very popular omelette station and with brilliant food available.

The property is clean and relaxing. It has patient staff who spoke to a manager and really good facilities. Every time we stay in London, like to stay here.

Good and unbeatable location next to a subway station, that was handy. Kensington district was worth exploring. The service was great, including an efficient check-in. The hotel had starbucks in the foyer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was set in a lovely area, just a short walk to the underground station and there were plenty of shops located nearby. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the dining options, with a restaurant that served delicious food and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff truly worked hard to provide excellent service, and we were grateful for the warm welcome we received upon arrival.

The only downside we found was that the spa came with an additional fee. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to all.

I have stayed in the double room with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. It's perfect, the beds are good.
